Duffield Home Improvements!  This  summary lists the factors that add value to the services we provide…every day for every client. We would love the opportunity to tell you more about each factor…they are all important.

Duffield Home Improvements, DHI, is the only contractor in this area that subscribes to and COMPLIES with the Florida Contractors Code of Ethics and Competency. That means we adhere to a strict code of conduct that ranges from the criteria and testing we require before we hire anyone, to setting the standards we use for cleaning up a job site. 

DHI answers our phones with access to a team of specialists that CAN answer your questions. These are experienced personnel that will take the time to help you.   In a recent survey of local competitors, we found that less than 50% of the home improvement contractors actually answer the phone. That means you have to leave a message and hope for a timely callback. Unless you like leaving messages, this process can cost you a lot of time…not to mention become very inconvenient.

 We show up on time and finish our projects on schedule. Have you ever heard someone say…we’ll be there between 12 and 5 p.m.? We show up on time, within 15 minutes of our appointment or we’ll give you a $100 discount on any services you order. We also finish our projects on time, more than 95% of the time…that means you can plan for the time ahead when your home improvement project is finished and know that you will be able to enjoy those new windows, deck, roof or sun/screen room.

We do the job for the price we quote. Period. Unlike the competition, you won’t get a final bill from us that is any different than our quote.

We turn away the majority of the people that want to work here because of our strict hiring requirements and the fact that most people stay with us for a very long time. In fact, more than 40% of our team has been here for more than 10 years, almost 5 times better than most.

We have prepared written procedures and checklists for our inspectors, project team leaders, and even the clean-up crew. Procedures help ensure we do the job the right way every time down to the process we use to make sure we clean up the work area around your home before we leave.
